Who pays. Most leases let the cost of management be recovered through the service charge. Blocks over 50 flats: talk to us.
Questions about paying
What happens when the treasurer changes?
Nothing, because the block is the customer. The next director is invited in, and the calendar, ledger and record are already there.
Can we leave?
Yes, at any time. Everything exports: demands, the record, documents, calendar, in formats an accountant or an agent can pick up. That is written into the terms. Export and leaving.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup is the company number and the lease schedule, and you do it yourself in one sitting. Blocks over 50 flats can book a setup call.
Who pays, the company or the service charge?
Most leases let the cost of management be recovered through the service charge. Companies House and ICO costs may sit in a different pot.
Do you handle the money?
No. We do not take payments or hold service-charge funds. The block’s bank account stays the block’s.
How do we pay?
By card or Direct Debit, monthly or yearly. Invoices are addressed to the company for the accountant.
