What it is
Software that does the managing agent’s back-office job for blocks run by their own residents: the statutory calendar, demands that are enforceable, Section 20 as a file, the six-year record, and a portal for leaseholders. It costs about a tenth of an agent’s fee, and the record belongs to the block.
How it is built
It is built around the law the director is personally responsible for. Every duty in the product carries the section that imposes it, the date, and the consequence. The rules are kept up to date as the 2027 regulations are laid, and the regulatory map that drives the calendar is public. Before building more, we are talking to the treasurers and secretaries who do the job now.
What we promise
Everything exports at any time, and that is in the terms. Rules with citations, not a language model giving advice. Each block’s data kept separate in a database in London, with directors controlling who sees what. We do not take payments or hold service-charge money.
