The block’s record is the block’s. Here is exactly what that means, so you do not have to take our word for it.
What you can take
Every demand as PDF. The record for every flat (demanded, received, owing) as CSV. Every document in the vault, in the folders they were kept in, as a zip. The calendar as a calendar file. The Section 20 files, with proof of service. The year-end packs. Your leaseholders’ contact details and their consents.
When
Any time, from the settings page, by any director. No notice period and no charge. An export does not cancel the subscription and cancelling does not delete the export.
In what shape
Formats an accountant, an agent or a spreadsheet can open without us: PDF, CSV, ICS, zip. The record is the block’s. That is written into the terms, not only into this page.
If you leave
Cancel from settings. The block’s data stays available to export for 90 days, then it is deleted, apart from what the law requires us to keep about the contract itself.
The record belongs to the block
Directors change. Agents change. The history of the building should not have to start again each time.
